  • 1 Citrus juicer For squeezing lemon and orange juice

Ingredients
  

  • 200-250 ml Coconut water For potassium and hydration
  • 1 pinch Sea salt For sodium
  • 200 mg Magnesium powder For stress response regulation
  • 1 each Lemon For vitamin C (use Lemon or Orage)
  • 1 each Orange For vitamin C (use Lemon or Orage)
  • As desired ml Water Use still or sparkling water for dilution

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Squeeze the juice from one lemon and one orange into a glass.
  • Step 2: Pour 200-250 ml of coconut water into the glass.
