Instructions
 

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • In your skillet or pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion together. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the sliced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
